Atlantic Highlands porgy fishing September 28

It was rainy and windy this morning and not enough people showed for any boats to go fishing. The wind diminished and the rain stopped late morning. Some of the people from the morning came back and a couple more showed so we made the afternoon trip. We only had to make one drop. It was not real fast fishing but a steady enough to stay with and most were nice size. By the end of the trip everyone had a nice catch of porgies. Plenty for dinner plus. There are some new pictures in the gallery from today so take a look. We are half day fishing for porgies everyday making two trips (8am to 12:30 and 1:30 to 6pm). The weather for the next few days sounds good so come have some and catch some porgies fro dinner. The crew does a great job filleting them and removing all bones. Looking forward to seeing everyone.
