I must say, I am glad to be back Blackfishing once again.  Beautiful day out there today!  It was a little overcast but the seas were nice and calm.  Fishing was slow for us today.  Fish picked and scatched at the crabs, every once in a while you would get a good knock but we really never got them going.  Few keepers here and there on each spot along with some short action.  Lot of the shorts that were caught were in the the 14 to 14.5 inch range.  Pool winner was around 6lbs maybe a little bigger.  Its a start!  It can only get better!  Back at it tomorrow!

Saturdays Magic Hour Ling trip was very good!  High hook had around 30 Ling!  Most had between 15 to 20 and a few with less.  Most were in the medium to large size range which was nice to see.  Also we landed a nice 20lb Cod to end the night!  Back at it Saturday!

I will post some pictures of today and Saturday nights Ling and Cod trip on our Facebook page.  I also got a quick video of them taking apart the Miss Point Pleasant the other day.  She was a great boat and will never be forgotten.  Stop by and check it out!
