Weekend Wrap-Up November 8th and 9th

Beautiful weekend to be out!  Calm seas and the sun was shining.  Fishing was tough for us on Saturday.  We picked some Sea Bass everywhere we went along with a few Cod but it did not last long.  We would stop the boat, get a shot of fish for a few minutes than died.  Today was a big improvement though!  Good Sea Bass life on most of the spots today with a few Porgies in the mix.  High hook had there limit of Sea Bass and most had between 5 and 10 Sea Bass !  Pool winner was a 10 pound Cod today!  Weather looks good for tomorrow and we will be back at it!

We also sailed on our first Magic Hour trip this Saturday.  There was a ton of current in the deepwater.  You needed at least 16oz to even get to the bottom.  We wound up in shallower water and picked at some Ling, Sea Bass and a few Blues.  A Cod took the pool.  Overall, it was slow due to the conditions.  We will give it our best next Saturday!

I will post a few photos of today on our Facebook page.

We will be sailing EVERYDAY THIS WEEK FOR SEA BASS!

7:30AM-2:30PM!

STARTING SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH, WE WILL BE SWITCHING OVER TO BLACKFISHING EVERYDAY!
