Captain's Focus

July 2nd

Capt. Kevin reports that they picked a few keepers along with some shorts on the morning trips the past couple of days.  The afternoon trips have been much tougher due to all the South wind we have had the past 2 or 3 days.  We have been fishing in the shallow water on the beach picking away at shorts with a keeper here and there.  I would like to fish around the rocks and rubble off the beach but the drift has been way to fast and it has been tough to even hold the bottom with 16oz!  The weather should straighten out by Friday and we are looking foward to a great 4th of July weekend!

Still on much to report on the Bluefish scene.  Caught a few of the 1-2lbers a couple of nights along with some decent size Ling but that is it!  There gonna show up eventually!!!  We will keep doing our best to find them!

SAILING 7 DAYS A WEEK FOR FLUKE AND NIGHT BLUEFISH!

Hope to see you there,

Capt. Matt
