Captain's Focus

Slow start to the morning as we arrived at the change of tide with no drift. Picked a couple keepers and a few shorts waiting for some current.

Fished a couple area's with just a pick most of the morning. Head to deeper water in the afternoon after the change but the current was running very hard to the North, needed lots of lead to hold the bottom. Still caught some fish but it wasn't as good as yesterday.

Joe the Plumber "formally of the Angler" took his skills aboard today and naturally landed the Pool fish with a nice 4.6 pound Fluke. Monthly pool is now over $1,000. Can you catch one larger than 4.12 by Sunday? Couple guys had two and some had one nice fish along with shorts.

Weather looks great for tomorrow with maybe a passing shower in the AM.

A Special Thank you to Raymond Angotti who donated $100 to the RFA Charter this Saturday. He can't make it but wanted to let everyone know that he is fighting for his Grandkids future. Ray has always come through with his generosity several times over the years, especially with the SSFFF.

Thank you Sir, you are a good man. And your wife makes awesome cookies!!!

CHARTERED SATURDAY MORNING...……..BACK AT IT TOMORROW.
