Captain's Focus

Past three days have been brutal, from the conditions to the fishing and the weather.

Yesterday we had no current or drift, didn't matter where we fished. Ended up power drifting in the OCEAN just to catch some Fluke. Mostly shorts with a couple keepers.

Today, we fished from one end of the Map to the other. From inshore to offshore trying to get it done. Picked some shorts here and there, found some nicer fish including a 4 pound pool fish and some Nice Sea Bass but it certainly wasn't good or enough. When I did find current, we had the West wind against so we either had a slide or we didn't drift!!! Big Dave had 2 nice keeper Fluke, Lester took the Pool with a 4 pound fish.

Hopefully by the AM we can wake up to a pleasant change....Back at it tomorrow.   CHARTERED THIS WEDNESDAY & SATURDAY.
