9/21 Very Good AM Fishing

9/21 AM Very Good Fishing- We sailing in the morning with a lite crowd and had the best day so far this year with very good day of fishing. The weather was perfect and there was still a swell left from the winds the days before but it was not bad. The porgies were nice size from 9 to 13" and average catch was 20 to 35 per man with a couple of blowfish mixed in. Dennis was the pool winner with a trigger fish and he also had 32 porgies and a blowfish.
The evening trip we went right back to the area we were catching them but they just didn't feel like feeding. We tried a bunch of drop to only have a very slow pick of fish. Overall the day trip was great & the evening was not good.
