7/28 Weekend recap- Sat morning we had out the NJ Turnpike Charter and had good action most of the day but we could have used a few more keepers for the large group. Sat night we had another good group that faced wind against tide conditions all night. We still were able to get a slow pick of keepers and shorts up to 5lbs. Sunday morning saw the best fishing for the weekend with very good action all day right in the back bay. High hook had 4 nice keepers and around 25 to 30 shorts. Sunday evening we had another good group on and once again wind against tide hurt us with no drift at all. The fishing Sunday night was not good at all with only a few keepers and shorts. The fish are there just have to be able to drift to catch them. Thanks Capt.Mike
