Stripers & Blues Charters

November 26th, 2019

Today, we fished north of Sea Bright. There were huge areas of fish on top with birds working on them. We would get good shots at them and then at times, just a few. Sometimes, we would have as many as 7-8 on at a time, and then at times, nothing. They were smaller stripers, with slots and shorts, and we already had over 30 keepers on the boat by 11:00 a.m.! Some anglers caught more than 25 fish a piece, only keeping their limits, and some had none. A majority caught at least a couple of fish. By late afternoon the fishing died down on the slack tide. Before we headed home, we waited for the incoming tide and birds started showing up so we made a couple more drifts and picked a few more fish. It was a very good day of angling with a lot of action and birds everywhere.
