Captain's Focus

November 5th, 2014

This morning, there were scattered blues with an occasional striper mixed in. It was a slow morning so we decided to take a ride towards the end of the day. We found fish amongst the bunkers and the stripers started to bite so we stayed out late and had great results. At times, we had 2-5 stripers on. We ended the day with over 40 keeper stripers up to 30 lbs with blues up to 10 lbs mixed in. Today was a big improvement over yesterday. For the last week or so it has been a late day bite so we have been putting in the time to produce and most of the time it’s paid off. Our pool winner was Bill James from Harleysville with a 30 lb striper.

Sailing daily for stripers and blues from 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
