Captain's Focus

July 8th, 2014

This morning, we started fishing for ling North of Shark River Inlet. Later in the morning we got a report with blues on top, so we took a ride and a gamble, and it ended up working out. We picked away at the blues with real good shots at times. They ranged anywhere from 6-12 lbs and we caught them on Ava 27’s & 47’s, both plain and tailed. It was a really good day of fishing today compared to what it has been. Our pool winner was Nicholas from Florence, NJ with a 12 lb blue.
