Captain's Focus

May 18th, 2014

Over the weekend, we headed out North of Shark River Inlet. We had good fishing in the morning on numerous drifts where we picked away and had real good shots on blues ranging from 3-12 lbs. The fish died out in the afternoon, however we were able to find more blues down along the beach on the way home. Ava 27’s, 47’s & crocodiles worked best. The highlight of the weekend was Sunday when we caught a 60 lb drum fish! Our pool winner Saturday was Mike Fischer from Mendham, NJ with a 12 lb blue and our pool winner on Sunday was Ralph Toro from Paterson, NJ with a 12.5 lb blue.

*** We will be sailing this Friday & Sunday night for stripers & blues from 7:30 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. and every night starting Friday, May 30th, 2014! ***
