Captain's Focus

September 9th, 2013

Friday night, we had excellent angling catching 15-18 lb blues!

Saturday morning, we headed out East of our inlet. We picked with shots of blues on 47’s & crocodiles.

Saturday night, fishing was slow. We caught a few blues and picked around the boat.

Sunday morning, we headed out to the NE. We saw plenty of fish and once again, it was a pick.

This morning, we again targeted the hills and lumps NE of our inlet with outstanding results. We slaughtered the gorilla blues up to 19 lbs. Held numerous fish on with up to 10 at a time. They were running wild today! Bait and jigs worked, however, bait had the edge today. Fall fishing is getting off to a great start so now is the time to come out and fill your freezers up with some monster blues!
