Captain's Focus

October 21st, 2012

This morning, Captain Lenny fished north of shark river inlet. We had good shots of blues ranging from 6-12 lbs. Some drifts lasted awhile and we were able to pick with shots on the drifts with some stripers mixed in. The blues and stripers were all caught on jigs, Ava 47's plain and tailed worked good. Our pool winner was Nickolai Kryvenka from Jersey City, NJ with a 20 lb striper! Now is the time to come down with plenty of nice sized slammer blues and some nice sized stripers showing up. The striper fishing should only continue to get better and the weather forecast for the week is looking excellent!

Sailing daily from 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. and every Friday & Saturday night from 7:30 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.
