Captain's Focus

June 19th, 2012

Captain Lenny started off North of our inlet this morning. We anchored up and chummed and chunked. We had tough conditions with the tide running into the wind and it took a while to get the fish going but when we did, we were able to hold 1-4 on with some shots. We started having problems with sharks so we made a move 4 miles East and had excellent fishing on both bait and jigs. Ava 27's & 47's are still working great. There were numerous limits around the boat with the blues up to 16 lbs. There were no lack of readings, plenty of action and plenty of fish around. The pool winner was a 16 lb blue.
