Captain's Focus

June 9th, 2012

This Morning on the Tropical Adventure, the action started out a little slow with us catching 2 nice size keepers on the first drift. As the day progressed, the action improved with a lot of sea bass action producing several large keepers, as well as, numerous 17" fluke. They were just a little short of keeper size so they had to go back. We ended the day with nearly a dozen fat keeper fluke averaging around 3.5 lbs. Our Pool winner was Karl Dienes of Whiting, NJ with a 5lb fluke.

The Miss Belmar Princess is getting coast guard inspected on Monday, June 11th, 2012 and the Tropical Adventure will be sailing in it's place for blues and stripers. There will be no 1/2 day fluke and sea bass trips on Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The Tropical Adventure is sailing daily from 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. &  again from 1:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
