Captain's Focus

April 25th, 2012

Today, Captain Lenny took us 9 miles from our inlet. We started out stopping on scattered readings with fish swirling on top mixed in with lots of bait. The first 2-3 drifts we had good shots of the blues with some stripers. As the morning progressed, we had a few shots of the blues. At times they were under the boat real good but we only picked away at them. In the afternoon the wind came up from the south and shut the bite down. We just picked at the blues with an occasional shot at the stripers. Paul Teleguz, Rick Sabb, Jany Blythe and Ray Berlin all caught their limits. Our pool winner today was Nicoli with a 24 lb striper.

Sailing daily from 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

MISS BELMAR PRINCESS AFTERNOON STRIPERS STARTING THIS FRIDAY, APRIL 27TH, 2012 FROM 4:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M EVERY FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!
