Captain Scotty had excellent striper fishing in the morning. By noon he had over 35 keepers on-board. Then we had some slow drifts producing just a handful, to a few fish a drift. Then the bite was on again in the afternoon with some customers catching more than 10 keepers but keeping only their 2 allowed and their bonus tag and releasing the remaining fish. The whole boat ended up limiting out plus their bonus tag. Our pool winner was Ray Berlin with a 31 lb striper. It was another great day of fishing and hopefully many more to come this season!
