Captain's Focus

October 18th, 2011

It was a beautiful day today aboard Miss Belmar! Captain Scotty took us 15 miles NE of our inlet. We anchored up and had a steady pull of 1-4 all day. There were lots of blues and limits were common around the boat. The blues ranged anywhere from 4-15 lbs. We saw some stripers and caught a couple 18 pounders. Hopefully this is just a sign of more to come! A special thanks to everyone who came out today. It was a nice bunch of friends.

Our pool winner was Ray Berlin with a 15.5 lb blue.

We would like to wish a very Happy Birthday to Reginald Bates who came out today and caught his limits.
