The south wind this morning made for a bumpy ride to the grounds but not a big deal. First stop this morning in shallower water had little life. We did not like what we saw so we pushed off slightly deeper and had pretty decent fishing for the rest of the day. We had limits and on down from there. Even a couple of fellas who never blackfished before went home with keepers. Artie Garrett, Red Bank, NJ, took the pool. Once again the green crabs had most of the fish today.
