JULY 26, 2014 UPDATE
This morning we put together a decent catch of fluke and saw a bit of action with the shorts. Eric was top banana with 4 keepers and the pool fish as well. There were nice fish all around the boat and it was good to see the rods bending. The afternoon trip, chartered by Garfield FD, did not fare as well. We went back to the same area, but conditions had changed, so we slid back into the bay to end the day. We had a few keepers, plenty of short action and a pool fish around 4 lbs.
