JUNE 22 UPDATE

Didn't realize it has been so long since I last posted, but that is what long days on the water does to me. After a while one day blends into the next and before you know it, more than a week has passed. Can't believe July 1 is just around the corner.

As far as the fishing goes, the story remains the same only the names are changing, quality fluke are being landed every day, but not enough of them. Most pool winners are in the 5-7 lb range. It seems like the fishing is better in the afternoon, but I know I will regret saying that. Fluke landed 5 lbs and over are, Bob Newsome, youngster Rocco Petruzzzi, (fish caught ever!), Kevin Ellison, Adrian S. team Ed and Gail with 6.5 & 5.5 plus 2 more keepers, Tommy who continues at least 1 keeper each trip. But the most exciting of all was Kevin, with his 23 lb striper while wife Katherine looks on,  never giving up pays off.  Saturday's morning charter was a great group of folks, but despite my best effort, I just could not put them on the fluke. We did have a few keepers, but not enough, hope they all had a good time anyway. Jeremy and Jake were happy they were aboard and hope they come back soon. Todays trip saw Sabrina outfishing her dad boating 3 keepers to dad's 0, is she just a natural or was she taught by the best?

Latest pics should be up soon.

Every day brings a new adventure and Jeremy, Jake and I go in search each day. Come and join us on our daily journey, bring the wife and kids or come alone, sail aboard the DOROTHY B with the most experienced captain, the best crew and always a family=friendly atmosphere.
