JUNE 15 UPDATE

Since the last update, the fishing has taken a downward spiral. Due to the weather/forecast, we spent most of the week at the dock and when we did sail, it was with a very limited number of anglers and slow catching. This weekend brought sunny skies, dry weather and Father's Day to boot, so the crowds were down. As luck will have it, bigger crowds and very little cooperation from the fluke, not even that much action on the shorts. Eric did put the pool fish in the boat by the end of yesterday's pm trip. Rocco was out with his mom on Sunday and got his first ever fluke, which looks like more than enough for dinner. He and mom went up to the wheel house to see  Capt. Kevin so that Rocco could take a turn at the wheel. Joe Moran was aboard with friends and kids as well as Mike Puzzo who spent the morning with us. I can only hope that even though fishing was spotty, I hope it was a good  time for dads, moms and kids. We appreciate all those who chose the Dorothy B on this Father's Day.

Jake, Jeremy and I will be at the dock tomorrow ready to meet the new day. Grab your gear, pack your lunch and don't forget the wife and kids, and hop aboard the Dorothy B. for a day on the water. Most experienced Captain, best Crew and always a family-friendly atmosphere.
