Waiting on warm water

Tuesday, May 5, 2015

We haven't seen a big improvement in the fishing yet due to the cold ocean temps. We are still catching Cod, Pollack, and some Ling, with average catches of 2 to 10 fish. Some of the Cod are nice sized from keepers up to 12 lbs. A few nice Pollack have been caught and a few Ling. As soon as the water warms up the Ling action should pick up. Waiting on the Seabass season which open up on May 27th and hopes that the water will be warm by then. We are sailing everyday so come on down.
