Captain's Focus

Missed all the Monday regulars today as we were the only boat to sail out of our Harbor with just a handful of customers.
Had my choice of spots to fish all day, from one channel to the other. Birds working all over, some on bait, some on fish.

Bass and Blues, limit catches and many throw backs for the day. Couple newbies to Bass fishing had their limits and then some.

Current and wind together after the change, had us drifting 3 knots at times so it was tough to stay in the bite. Had to make a hundred moves through-out the day to keep up with the life, but we got it done.

Never have I seen so much bait in all the years on the water, Sand eels, Rain fish and who knows what else is down there this time of year.
NW and outgoing tide tomorrow, should be good for fishing....
