Captain's Focus

Never had to work so hard in my life to try and put a catch of Fluke together!!
Not only me, but I'm sure the customers... Very good drift in the AM, not too fast or too slow as we plucked away on shorts and keepers. Bounced around several area's threw out the day picking here and there.
Tom and Jerry Krako along with Chief Kelly were high hooks with 4 nice keepers each.Kelly also landed the pool fish at 4 pounds. Couple guys with 3 and many with just shorts and an odd keeper.

I certainly wouldn't call this good fluking so far this year. 25 to 35 keepers a day don't make us hero's with a good gang of customers. We are finding fish in several area's but the current has been horrendous the past week and tends to keep us from fishing many of those area's.
Hopefully after the next Moon, we can get back to normal Fluke fishing where "everyone" can catch them and just not the experts.

From what I have seen so far it looks like the 11.6 caught by Wendel the other day "Had to be Lost"!!

Weather looks great for the next several days, will be busting ass too get it done.
Capt. Ron
