05/10/2013 The Terrell family was on board the Bounty Hunter today for their first ever attempt to catch a Striped Bass. Capt. Paul ran up to the northern grounds and set up for the last 2 hours of the outgoing water. We ran thru a long learning curve as all had to develop a feel for the bites. After an hour the group was doing fine and boxed 6 keeper Bass up to 37". The bite died at slack water and surprisingly never got started for us once we had the incoming. We decided to run south and put out the Trolling gear. It did not take long to Box 4 more Bass and finish up with a limit catch of 10 Bass while releasing several shorts. It was a nice introduction to Bass fishing for a great family.
