I hope everyone had a safe and happy New Years day. The weather man scared us all with forecast for yesterday. I don't think the wind was as bad as they predicted. Well we did make our 7:30 am trip from the Atlantic Highlands marina today. We fished two different spots and found blackfish on both of them. Most if the blackfish were shorts but we had  some keepers mixed in. We did manage two limits ( only four blackfish now) and a some people had from one to three Keepers and some caught only shorts. There was enough action to keep everyone busy. The weather for tomorrow looks ok with the wind picking up in the afternoon with a chance of rain late in the day. I am not too sure about the weather for Sunday so we will have to wait and see. Sailing at 7:30 am and returning between 2:30 and 3pm. I hope to have some pictures from today in the gallery.
