Atlantic Highlands fluke fishing August 21

Made both morning and afternoon trips the past few days  from the Atlantic Highlands marina. As usual the drifting conditions play an important role in the fishing. Today the conditions were ok. On the morning trip we had a steady pick of  fish with mostly shorts but some keepers caught each drift. While some people had no keepers Jim from Piscataway was able to land 4 Keepers. Everyone caught fish. The afternoon trip was pretty much the same, nice action with a high hook of 3 for J D while some had all shorts. There are some new pictures in the gallery so take a look. We are sailing everyday making two trips ( 8am to 12:30 and !:30 to 6pm). Looking forward to seeing everyone. Don't forget school starts soon so lets get the kids out fishing before they go back.
