The past few days we have been making both morning and afternoon trips from the Atlantic Highlands marina. We have had a lot of easterly weather. The ocean has not been nice so we have been fishing in Sandy Hook bay. Depending on the conditions we are catching fish on both morning and afternoon trips. The shorts still outnumber the keepers but some of the keepers are real nice. The big fish on the morning trip was a 7 lber and there were a couple in the 4 to 5 lb range. On the afternoon trip the big fish was a 6 lber and 4 lber. Everyone is catching shorts and some guys are getting lucky and ending up with 2 or 3 keepers. There are some new pictures in the gallery so take a look. We are sailing everyday making two trips ( 8amto 12:30 and 1:30 to 6pm ). Looking forward to seeing everyone.
