Captain's Focus

Dear Anglers,

Some fish are finally starting to be caught. I have received a few reports of some short and keeper bass to 17 lbs being caught in the bayshore area. While the fishing from the shoreline is a pick, it is a great sign and I can't wait to get out there and start the season. I am going to push up our starting time from what was previously posted, so please look below for our updated open boat schedule. It was also great seeing a bunch of familiar faces this past weekend up at the Saltwater Expo, and we will now be working with a few more companies such as Tony Maja with his trolling gear and bunker spoons and Savage Lures with a bunch of their newer lures that will be released later this season.

We are currently taking reservations for the 2014 season. We will start the season fishing for striped bass and bottom fish. I am also taking charter reservations for summer time fluke, blue fishing, offshore tuna and shark trips, as well as fall striped bass and blackfish trips. We still have some prime dates available, including a few weekends in April, May and June (but they are filling fast) so if you have a specific date in mind don't hesitate to call as it looks like we will have a busy year again.
