Captain's Focus

12/7/15: The last two trips of the season were a little slow, seems the bottom temp dropped and so did the bite. The shorts bit good but the big guys didn't seem to cooperate as much as last week. Pool winners were in the 6- to 7-pound range on both days, and you can see there pics on the CAIII facebook page.

You couldn't have asked for nicer weather for December, and man, the boats were out in full force. Again, it was tough to find a wreck that wasn't occupied. I never saw so many boats in December! The striper action was hot, but yet many fisherman would rather blackfish. It's a wonderful sport and the food value is great also.

It was a good season for the boat, thanks to you, and the crew and Capt. Will would like to sincerely thank everyone for sailing with us. Times are very different these days, but when you're out on the water fishing, even just for a few hours, you forget about your problems, and waiting for that bite is the best therapy of all! Have a wonderful Christmas and a healthy New Year! Sea you in 2016!
