This morning, we anchored on top of a hill east of shark river inlet. Fishing started off slow and improved as the day went on. We ended up with good fishing by the end of the day catching small blues along with plenty of mackerel. Both mackerel and blues bit on jigs, teasers and bait.

This morning, we saw and read plenty of fish, they just didn’t want to eat. We picked away at blues and mackerel but overall, it was very slow. Most likely it was due to all the rain we just had.
