7/19 Fluke Report

***** OPEN BOAT THIS WEEK ***** 7/20 to 7/26

DAY TRIPS- Monday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday- 7:30am to 2:30pm

EVENING TRIPS- Thursday & Friday 5pm to 9pm also Saturday 4pm to 8:30pm

This weeks fishing was up and down. Some days we get a nice drift and catch the fish very good and other days when conditions are tough and we only pick away but that is always the case with fluking. Pool fish have been ranging between 3 to 7lbs. The most important thing is working the bait or jig and not letting it just sit on the bottom. The guys that have been bouncing the sinkers or bucktails all day are catching more fish. The gulp has been working very good with swimming mullet, shrimp and big 6" grubs the best. White and green have been the hot colors. One other thing is bring a cooler with some ice in it to keep your fish cold especially on these hot days. Pics from last few trips are on our Facebook page. See you soon. Thanks Capt.Mike
