Atlantic Highlands blackfishing December 30

After two days of bad weather we made our 3/4 day blackfishing trip today. The ocean as nicer then we expected but the fishing was not that good. We tried a few spots and only caught a few fish on each one. We did have one limit (Ben again) and a few people had from one to three keepers but most had none. There was a bit of a swell and the water was dirty from the weather the past two days. The forecast for tomorrow is for westerly wind and hopefully the ocean will settle down and the fishing will improve. There are some new pictures in the gallery from today so take a look. We will be fishing every day ( including New Years Day ) until Sunday January 3rd which will be our last day leaving at 7:30 am and returning between 2:30 and 3pm. We all had a good laugh today when a seagull landed on Ben's head (see gallery). We have both green and white crabs on board. Looking forward to seeing everyone.
