While it was hardly fast, Capt. Ryan Bogan reported some pollock and cod plus even a few mackerel were caught during his last trips with Jamaica II from Brielle. Billy Watson of Lonsdale, Pa. took a pool with a 19-pound pollock, and added another pollock plus two cod and five ling. Paul Jameson from Philadelphia bagged three cod, two pollock and five ling. Jamaica II sails at 5 a.m. on Wednesdays and Sundays -- and at 3 a.m. on Saturdays. The Hi-Mar Flea Market & Seminars is set for Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Middletown VFW on Rt. 36 in Port Monmouth.
