10-25-13 Felt more the the fall today,,it was chilly this morning..Made our way out in beautiful conditions..Flat calm on the ocean..a nice breeze out of the Northwest but thats good for this time of year because we are not fishing far off the beach..The ocean was alive today,,birds everywhere when we came out of the inlet..Loads of baitfish everywhere we went....Blues ands stripers it looked like crashing around,,,dolphins and I saw one whale spouting in the distance..The tide was ripping early on so I think it slowed the porgy bite down for us...read em good but never got em to bite good..Few here and there but we did manage some nice Togs along with some throwbacks for only a small crowd..Tomorrow and sunday look just like today...Nice!!See ya then,,,remember we have the crabs for the Togs,,and clams for the porgy..If the stripers pop up we will stop on them to!!See ya for coffee..pics..
