August 2nd, 2013 This morning, we had a lack of wind and drift which led to slower fishing. This afternoon, fishing picked up and we had a good drift with lots of action on short fluke.
There was a big spread of fish and plenty of sand eels around which is helping to hold the fish on the hills. Had a report of some big fish South of the Shrewsbury rocks so we took a ride up.
July 31st, 2013 Tonight, we took a short ride to the fishing grounds and read plenty of fish. It was fast fishing for about 40 minutes and then we continued to pick around the boat.
July 27th, 2013 Tonight, we headed out and the readings were all scattered. Every time we stopped we caught some fish and it started to look good, then it would dwindle down to a pick.
