5 11 14 Even nicer today than yesterday,,warmer to.Flat calm,,,We good life again today on the bottom,,,ling started coming up scattered around the boat as soon as we stopped,,picked away for a while,,saw some nice sea bass and blackfish again,,,we had one nice keeper codfish that won the pool,,,jumped around spot to spot today and just picked away,,,not fast fishing but steady pick at most spots,,,some were duds but overall decent life...Most everyone went home with some nice dinner.,,,,Tomorrow we are gonna head back out and do some more bottom fishing It looks nice See ya for coffee.

5 8 14 Wow,,it was nasty down here at the shore today,,nobody was fishing.Still not much in the way of stripers showing up on the ocean side,,but at least the bottom fishing has gotten alot better...Quite a few blackfish have been chewing as well but the season is closed.

Tomorrow is another story,,its gonna be flat calm and light winds. . . The ocean is beautiful down there now,,,,looks forward to tomorrow morning already,,we have some guys already coming down,,,if we see some stripers we can catch em but if not we will go catch some ling and codfish See ya for coffee

We did not find any striper life as we looked north of the inlet this morning. ,,so we did the next best thing. . If something happened with the stripers we could do it but it never happened,,,We had good life on the bottom with plenty of bites. .

I ended up fishing today and had my limit of fish along with a dozen or so fish that were just shy. . A couple of guys ended up with 3 keepers each,some had two,,few had just one keeper but everyone caught blackfish today,,even the rental rods got into some Togs. . .
