The winds kept the fleet at the dock yesterday and even though I enjoyed my day off, I was looking forward to another day of bass catching. Pics from Thursday and today should be up later tonight.
Saturday, October 12, 2013 Report Our first trip of the Fall Striper Season and it left a lot to be desired. We were the only boat out in the Harbor today, so had to cover a lot of ground looking for the fish.
Those anglers who ventured out today spent a bit of down time due to the conditions. Young Ryan, 8 years old today was out with his dad, and got the pool winning striper.
Sunday, October 6, 2013 Seems like it always happens, get a good crowd of anglers and the fish don't cooperate. The weather sounds unsettling for the next couple of days, so I think I will sleep in, which means we will not be sailing tomorrow and probably Tuesday.
п"ї September 23, 2013 DUE TO A LACK OF ANGLER PARTICIPATION, WE DID NOT SAIL TODAY, SO TOMORROW WILL BE OUR FIRST DAY OF BOTTOM FISHING. SAILING 7 30 AM AND RETURNING AROUND 2 30 PM.
Pool winners and notable catches for the past several trips are Adrian with 5 keepers and pool, Lou was breathing down his neck with 4 keepers and an almost pool fish. Barry and Dave duked it out for the pool, but Dave game up the winner, and Andrew had a nice pool fish.
When conditions are right, we take a bit of a ride to get to the bigger fish and so far it has been on the money. SAILING EVERY DAY 2 TRIPS 8 AM 12 30 PM AND AGAIN 1 30 P. M. GET IN ON NO CROWDS AND FINE FALL FLUKING.
