1000's of NJ Saltwater Fishing Reports, Dozens of Sources, Maps, Wrecks, Historical Search

Hey gang, Capt. Scott here. Early report - Me, Rob and Brian have the Prowler5 out on the bass grounds today way up into the shallows. It's a beautiful day although we haven't caught any fish yet. We're on a tide change - we're just starting to get the incoming tide now. Also, I just listened to the marine forecast and they are calling for gale force winds 25-35 for Wed. into Thurs. So that would be a no go for those two days. But we will be back out on the grounds for Friday's 7:30 - 2:30 trip. Also, I have guys coming down for Saturday's 3:30-9:00 trip. So we'll be out that night as well and the weather looks decent for the weekend. FOLLOW-UP REPORT - We did get a bite on the other tide, but I had to move from my first drop. Went a little further west on some readings and we finished the day with 7-8 keepers plus short action for 11 anglers today. Today's pool winner was Alex Rivera o fN. Plainfield, NJ with a 22lber. Everyone went home with some fish today. It was a nice day. I even had the mascot Maggie out for her first trip of the year. We'll see you Fri. morning 5:30 a.m. sharp. Thx., Capt. Scott
