Jerry didn t get a hit in what he called the clearest waters he s ever seen in the park. The Golden Eagle from Belmar looked for blues and stripers but couldn t find either before switching to sea bass which produced catches up to limits plus ling, dogfish, ocean pout and a whiting.
by Capt Ted White 27 May 2019 What a season this has been so far, very very good fishing for beautiful seabass, and a very good showing of ling. We had four excellent trips the last few days, with seabass up to 4lbs, and a handfull of those 2-3lb blues showed thier faces again.
