October 4th, 2018 Stripers Blues Charters We had another great day of fishing inside the mud hole today with nice long drifts and plenty of readings in the deep, and on top, of the hills. With Miss Belmar s 3 engines and a total of 2,100 horsepower, she is the first boat to the fishing grounds every day and we guarantee it.
Thursday Fishing Report October 4, 2018 Another solid day of fishing today, beautiful out to Blackfish were chewing, and the porgies really had the feed bag on. unfortunately Friday looks no good with hard Northeast winds gusting up to 30mph so stay home on Friday,no fishing The weekend on the other hand looks great with light winds and sunny skies We have the crabs and clams,so come on down.
We started off fishing in about 65' of water and had great action on the tog up to 8lbs. The action slowed with the change of the tide so we tried a couple of different drops but just could not get them going again.
