Thursday will be very nice day but then weather turns for the worse Friday Capt. Ron Santee of the Fishermen from Atlantic Highlands said he had the worst possible conditions on Raritan Bay with a west wind against an incoming tide -- but his anglers still managed to boat a pool winner. Blues in Barnegat Bay are hitting both bunkers and poppers, while those in the surf are on bunker chunks.
