Mass caught a little tunny on the way back, and found some school stripers under birds off Keansburg where he caught a doubleheader of 25-and-27-inchers before leaving the flighty stripers. Many cast a Tsunami shad to release a 24-inch striper.
We started on 5-8 lb fish right away and as the day progressed, fishing got better with nice shots of blues along with a few albies and nice sized porgies. With Miss Belmar's 3 engines and a total of 2,100 horsepower, she is the first boat to the fishing grounds every day and we guarantee it.
We ended the day with a few keepers one slot fish and a couple handfuls of shorts. Also bring something a little heavier in case we bait fish a medium action conventional is fine for that, 25 to 30 lb test, We have plenty of room for your extra rods.
Loaded up on porgies, and in between we caught some really nice blackfish to,Quality fish up to 10lbs. keeping just one fish for dinner was all anyone needed, that along with the porgies everyone went home boxed up.

The boys managed 32 keepers with no problem and the fish were all 16 inches and better with a good amount of 15 inch fish released there were also some nice Triggers and jumbo Sea Bass too. The clock is ticking away now and need to get on the fish so we made another move and got anchored up, the fish started to bite a little for us and we picked away for the rest of the day The charter wound up with 22 keepers there was a good amount of 15 inch fish that were released.
