We will continue to sail every day at from 7am-3pm and 7pm - 12am for Blues and Striped Bass. Even on rainy days we will still give it a shot because there are fish in the Bay and we are protected from the big seas.
Atlantic Highlands stripe bass fishing May 5 05 May 2016 Capt. Tom The weather kept us from fishing the past few days but we were able to make our morning (8am) trip for stripe bass today. The stripe bass fishing is not as good as we like but if you want to have some fun come catch some bluefish and maybe a bass.
Bluefish should also be available to shore anglers in Raritan Bay and Navesink River, but haven't been as much of a problem for striper fishermen as is usually the case in Raritan Bay at this time. Betty Nick's Tackle reported big blues on bucktails Wednesday morning at the south end of Island Beach State Park.
