5 22 Fluke Report Friday, 22 May 2015 17 31 Written by Capt. Jack Hey gang, It was a nice to be out on the fluke grounds today for the opener. The conditions were a little tough with the hard NW wind but the fares managed to land some nice keepers.

May 22 2015 5 22 FLUKE SEASON OPENER 5 22 FLUKE SEASON OPENER- Today we had out a great group of people that came down for the start of the season. It's the beginning of the season and the water is still a little cool but overall it was great to be out on the fluke grounds.

The original plan was to see if we could get the morning chill out of everyone with some back bay bluefish, then run outside and go on the troll for stripers. No love from the stripers in two hours of trolling, and with the adrenalin still pumping back into the bay we ran to find the blues still angry.
