Atlantic Highlands fluke fishing June 24 24 June 2015 Capt. Tom Made both morning and afternoon trips today and it was one of the nicest days so far. The afternoon trip was better with keepers with Tom McCall having his limit and Kevin Kelly with a 6lb pool fish.
We had some nice keepers on every drift, keeper fluke up to 5 lbs. Later, fishing slowed , we moved inshore, the fishing action picked up, we gave the group an extra hour of fishing time due to the late bite. It s most like due to two reason 1) our Warriors don t seek the headlines when they have issues these are men and women who act selflessly and don t ask for thanks or help and, 2) As Colonel Nathan R. Jessep stated we can t handle the truth! . we don t want to know just how hard our Warriors have it, how much they and their families sacrifice and just how many sacrifice with their lives. Our warriors provide us the ability to rise and sleep under the blanket of freedom we owe them everything and it s time we all start contributing to making their lives better in every way.
Also remember July 2nd we are doing a special fishing and fireworks trip from 5pm to 10pm. We caught a couple keepers there then the dogs took over moved to a couple of spot and found are best fishing on the day at the end where we had some short action and a pick of keepers.
We ended up catching 2 keeper fluke. Join us on our FAMILY FUN DAY of fishing Sunday through Friday afternoon from 4 30 p. m. - 8 30 p. m. With Miss Belmar's 3 engines and a total of 2,100 horsepower, she is the first boat to the fishing grounds every day and we guarantee it.
