We picked a few Sea Bass along with some good size Porgy's but I would of like to see a few more go home with anglers. Since Bluefishing is so good right now, we will be sailing Friday and Saturday night again this weekend!
Chunking was slow, but Many released two 35-inch stripers plus a spiny dogfish which had no business in the river. We also had lots of action with very small stripers under birds in both rivers, though Many did find a 29-incher among them on a heavier Tsunami Shad.
I got to the point of the hook where the ocean starts and I could see it was not a nice ocean the wind was pretty hard out of the NNE. Tomorrow actually looks like a nice day with not much wind.
