    The Fluke fishing is holding up even despite the wind today we managed to put a catch together on both trips. The weather is great the fishing is good so come down and have some fun.

    The first couple of drifts this morning had slow action, later towards the early afternoon, the bites picked up with the short fluke, and then the keeper fluke got active, and came over the rail. Rev. Mitchell and his son Michael also put several nice fluke in their cooler.

    August 27, 2014 Wednesday report Today the short fluke were keeping you active all around the boat ,lot's of bites. Also, the keeper flukes were coming over the rail and we cannot forget the sea bass that were active and were put in their coolers.

    There were many limit catches and the fish were biting on both jigs bait. The hot jig was the Hammer jig with a red tail.

    Though he hadn't been active in offshore sportfishing during recent years, Dinardi and his brother, Drew of Lavallette, formed a very successful team with their Absolut-ly out of Brielle Yacht Club a couple of decades ago, winning the tuna division of the first Mid-Atlantic 500,000 Tournament out of Cape May with a blast of bigeye runa. Dinardi is survived by his wife Nancy, children Michael (with wife Jennifer) of Hillsborough) and Elizabeth Disano (with husband Anthony) of North Brunswick, plus brother Drew -- and grandchildren Michael, Anthony and Danny.
